We are looking for a Senior Manager Tax & Transfer Pricing (f/m/d) at our Office in Ratingen - join our team now!
You will be part of our Finance Department and in particular responsible for tax advice for domestic and foreign corporations and partnerships.
Your scope:
* In this position you will be responsible for all tax issues in EMEA
* You will be planning and executing tax trainings for EMEA-colleagues
* Being in charge of preparing income tax returns will be one of your main responsibilities
* You will be supporting tax audits and reportings
* The preparation of transfer pricing documents in Germany (master file, local file and CbCR) will be of great importance
* You will prepare conception of transfer pricing solutions
* The preparation and adaptation of internal guidelines and documentation for the preparation of local transfer pricing documents as well as for their approval will be one of your duties
* You will participate in cross-border transfer pricing projects for new transactions/business models and provide advice
What you should bring to the table:
* You have a bachelor or master degree in tax, law or a comparable qualification
* You should have minimum 5-year experience with emphasis on Tax and Transfer Pricing
* Project management skills in a very multifaceted environment should be known to you
* In our team we speak and document in english, so english is mandatory (>/= C1 level); strong communication skills in English and German with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, customers and vendors will be important
* Knowledge of finance legal requirements (IFRS, German Commercial Law), solid knowledge of financial reporting and internal control standards should be high level
* You should know these specifics: SAP FI (FI-GL, FI-AR, FI-AP, FI-AA) and SAP CO & MS Office
* Experience in auditing/tax consulting are beneficial
