Key job responsibilities Manage project timelines and coordinate production workflows for daily and weekly internal communications across multiple channels Maintain and expand distribution lists and cOmmunication resources to ensure messages reach intended audiences accurately Oversee communication requests, access permissions, and administrative processes to keep owned channels and team workflows running smoothly Create, refine, and distribute communication templates and materials that maintain consistency and quality across internal channels Respond to urgent communication needs and provide support for troubleshooting issues on owned internal channels A day in the life As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll be the backbone of our internal communications operation. Your day might include coordinating the production and publishing of weekly employee newsletters, managing distribution lists to ensure messages reach the correct audience, and troubleshooting urgent communication needs as they arise. You'll work closely with Operations teams to understand their communication goals, then translate those into compelling content delivered through our owned channels. Beyond routine tasks, you'll collaborate with colleagues across the organization to track campaign performance, gather feedback from employees, and continuously refine how we communicate. You'll balance multiple projects with competing deadlines while maintaining the quality and consistency our audience expects.
