As Sales Manager, you will identify business opportunities, manage existing accounts, and build relationships with key stakeholders in the data center sector and other industries requiring UPS systems across Europe.
Your responsibilities include promoting and selling Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems, providing technical guidance to clients, ensuring their operational needs are met, and monitoring competitors and industry trends.
You will also provide monthly sales reports to management and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
Required skills include experience in selling UPS systems to the data center sector and other European industries, a degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field, and at least 10 years of B2B sales experience.
A technical background or certifications in UPS systems, power management, and/or energy solutions are beneficial.
Desired skills include excellent communication and negotiation skills, a proactive approach to client needs, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and fluency in English with willingness to travel in Europe and globally.
