Senior Financial Controller Location: Lower Saxony Our client is looking for a Senior Financial Controller to oversee financial planning and act as a strategic finance partner across business units. The role involves managing forecasting, budgeting, and performance metrics while driving process improvements and enabling data-driven decisions in a dynamic, international environment. Key Responsibilities: Act as the main contact for finance teams across group companies, aligning financial objectives and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Lead planning processes, including forecasting and multi-year budgeting. Prepare and consolidate financial reports: P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, headcount, and investment planning. Maintain and enhance financial KPIs to support effective performance management. Drive the digitalisation of financial processes and tools. Ensure alignment with financial targets through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Your Profile: Degree in economics, business administration, business informatics, or related field. Several years of experience in IT controlling, ideally in a group environment. Skilled in financial systems; experience with Tagetik, SAP Analytics Cloud, Excel, and PowerPoint is a plus. Strong analytical and numerical abilities with a talent for interpreting data. Clear communicator with confident presentation skills. Proactive, structured, and team-oriented. Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
