About the Role "HR Project & Transformation Coordinator & Chief of Staff"
Reporting directly to the CHRO, you will take on a role with two core dimensions:
* Driving and structuring HR transformation initiatives in partnership with the company’s global Transformation Office
* Serving as Chief of Staff to the CHRO, acting as a trusted representative, advisor, and operational right hand
In addition to strong project management and stakeholder capabilities, this role requires exceptional analytical strength. You will work extensively with HR data, KPIs, compensation and salary structures, dashboards, and financial metrics. Advanced Excel skills, comfort with large datasets, and the ability to translate numbers into insights are essential.
Equally important is the ability to create high-quality presentations in PowerPoint, turning complex ideas into clear, compelling slides for the CHRO, executive leadership, and Board discussions. You will play a central role in shaping HR’s transformation agenda — from process and system redesign, performance management enhancements, and compensation modernization — while ensuring the CHRO’s office operates with precision, clarity, and impact.
This position requires someone polished, emotionally intelligent, discreet, and relationship-oriented — someone who can represent the CHRO with maturity and credibility in senior forums.
Responsibilities
* Serve as HR’s Project Management Office (PMO) lead, structuring and managing major HR transformation initiatives (e.g., HR process and system redesign, performance management upgrade, compensation & rewards frameworks)
* Work closely with the company’s global Transformation Office to ensure alignment, disciplined governance, and effective execution
* Apply project management methodologies to track progress, manage risks, resolve issues, and drive timely delivery
* Analyze HR and business data, develop KPIs, and support decisions with clear metrics and insights
* Build dashboards, models, and tracking tools in Excel to support HR decision-making and ongoing transformation initiatives
* Support HR and business leaders in adopting new processes, ensuring stakeholder engagement and change readiness
* Contribute to change management activities (communications, workshops, training sessions)
* Provide high-level executive support to the CHRO, including calendar management, meeting preparation, briefing materials, and follow-up
* Act as the first point of contact for the global HR team and broader business stakeholders
* Coordinate HR leadership meetings and ensure consistent communication and information flow across the global HR function
* Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations for executive and board-level discussions—translating complex topics, analyses, and ideas into clear, compelling narratives
* Support HR budgeting, salary planning, compensation analytics, and headcount reporting through strong analytical skills
* Anticipate needs, proactively solve problems, and act as the CHRO’s go-to person on all organizational and operational matters
* Represent the CHRO with sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism
Qualifications
* Several years of professional experience in project management, HR transformation, consulting, strategy, or analytics, ideally in Private Equity-backed or rapidly changing environments (consulting background)
* Proven track record managing global, cross-functional projects with analytical complexity
* Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, data manipulation, modeling, dashboards)
* Strong experience working with KPIs, HR metrics, compensation/financial data, and translating numerical insights into business recommendations
* High proficiency in PowerPoint, with the ability to create executive-ready presentations that simplify complexity and tell a clear story
* Experience working with international teams across multiple time zones and stakeholder groups
* Excellent English language skills (written and spoken) are required; German language skills are highly desired
* Prior experience supporting senior executives (e.g., Chief of Staff, EA to C-suite, business partner) is a plus
