ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a passionate Cluster Sous Chef (m/f/d) to support the Cluster Executive Chef and help shape the culinary experiences of both hotels.
YOUR MAIN TASKS:
* Assist the Cluster Executive Chef in running kitchen operations at both hotels
* Take operational responsibility during daily service (à la carte, buffet, banquets, events)
* Contribute to the creation of innovative menu concepts for AC & Moxy
* Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards (HACCP)
* Manage goods receipt, storage, and inventory control
* Motivate, train, and coordinate the kitchen team
* Be hands-on during service and special events
WHAT YOU BRING:
* Completed culinary training and experience as Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie
* Passion for modern, creative cuisine
* Strong leadership skills and a motivating personality
* Excellent organizational and quality-management skills
* Knowledge of inventory and cost control
* Strong communication in German & English
