What You Can Create
Achieve optimal sales and acquisition targets through successful sale of collections and implementation of strategic sales initiatives directed at the existing and potential retailers in a wide geographical area: Scandinavia, Eastern Europe, Middle East, Asia.
Cultivate existing customer relationships and focus on acquiring new customers with an emphasis on Franchisee Agreements, aiming to establish long-term partnerships.
Oversee and control key business figures and sales activities for defined countries and clients to ensure alignment with objectives.
Successfully manage the sale of collections within your area of responsibility, considering business key figures to maximize impact.
Support and assist existing customers in your area, ensuring successful partnerships and increased sales. You act as the central link between MARC O'POLO and external business partners.
Implementation of sales and budget planning
Assist in organizing Shop-in-Store (SIS) openings, including stock planning, turnover setting, and buying management for an effective sales-prominent POS presence.
Schedule re-orders from stock and manage potential returns from clients to ensure smooth operational flow.
Ensure the quality control and timely delivery at the POS to uphold brand standards.
Attend meetings, fairs, training courses, and relevant informative events to stay informed and aligned with industry trends.
Who You Are
You bring significant expertise to the role, building on at least 5 years of experience in similar positions with brands that share our market positioning.
Knowledge of business administration, retail and wholesale experience, visual merchandising know-how, knowledge of international markets with an international mindset
Market expertise in the fashion sector: customer environments, competition, sector development and trends, fashion sense, experience with both Womenswear and Menswear collections
Proficiency in communication methods and sales tools to effectively engage and influence stakeholders.
