Your Job
What this role looks like.
* Taking on responsibility for document management-related products, focusing on delivering initiatives that are impactful across the enterprise
* Analysing business processes and advising the product team and product owner on the resulting requirements
* Working hand in hand with the chief product owner and product owners to translate business requirements into specifications and user stories
* Identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to increase efficiency
* Driving the demand management process and evaluating priorities in the product backlog
* Assuming ownership for Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
* Working closely together with the product team to review and validate product increments – from development to rollout
* Driving and contributing to process optimisation initiatives at product level in your area of responsibility
* Conducting data analyses to support informed decision-making and identify trends affecting operational processes
* Leading testing and training sessions to ensure successful adoption of new functionalities and features by users
* Developing the Definition of Done (DoD)
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
* In-depth understanding of the global business process and the respective product line
* Very good analytical and strategic skills and experience with requirement analysis
* Knowledge of requirements gathering techniques, such as user stories and use cases
* Experience working as part of an agile team
* Strong project management skills, including effective planning, execution and follow-through
* Experience working in an international project setting
* Strong communication skills, with the abillity to adapt communication to target groups and good intercultural awareness
* Very good English skills
* Willingness to travel internationally as required for the role
* Self-driven work approach and leadership skills
Desirable extras.
* An agile mindset with experience applying agile frameworks in a scaled environment to drive efficiency and innovation
* Proficiency in German is desirable to enhance communication across global teams
