Description Your tasks: To join and be integrated into a dynamic, multicultural, and collaborative team driven by a passion for excellence To deal with electrical components and electromechanical systems, supporting the quality process development and implementation To work closely with cross-functional teams (procurement, supplier quality, commodity managers, and project teams) To implement supplier quality strategies directly at supplier locations in coordination with procurement teams To lead audits, manage follow-ups, and ensure closure of action plans for identified non-conformities To qualify suppliers for both standard and special processes To monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives To collaborate with commodity managers to define and follow up on strategic objectives To assist customer sites in resolving supplier-related issues To contribute to cross-functional teams aimed at developing or optimizing supplier quality standards, processes, and tools Company Teoresi Group -> Teoresi GmbH | Germany Job requirements Your profile: Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline 5–10 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in supplier quality, industrialization, or manufacturing of electrical components In-depth knowledge of industrial processes and problem-solving methodologies Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings, Technical Purchase Specifications Solid understanding of risk assessment and electrical integration procedures Proven communication and leadership abilities within matrix organizations Ability to operate effectively in international and multicultural environments Fluent in English, both written and spoken German language is a plus Teoresi is an international engineering services company founded in 1987 in Turin, Italy.
