In our Program HR.SALT we are in the drivers seat transforming our HR application landscape into one SAP SuccessFactors instance worldwide. This includes several functional and cross-functional projects with team members from the entire HR and IT organization, aiming to meet the expectations of our stakeholders and the company. A basic requirement for an internship at Schaeffler is proof of enrollment at the time of the internship.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Assist in project scheduling, tracking milestones, and maintaining documentation
* Support the development and maintenance of project templates and tools to ensure consistency and efficiency
* Collect and analyze project data to support informed decision-making and strategic planning
* Prepare project status reports, ensuring stakeholder alignment
* Coordinate meetings across international teams, managing agendas and minutes
* Contribute to Change Management, Communication and Training strategy and plan
* Take part in System/Module Tests
Your Qualifications
* Studies in the field of Business Administration, IT, Communication Sciences or a similiar degree
* Profound Experience with MS Office Software (especially Powerpoint and Excel); SAP Successfactors preferable
* Very good English skills written and spoken, German language skills preferable
* Eagerness and speed to learn, creativity, team spirit, excellent communication skills
