Job Opportunity for Administrative Support
We are currently recruiting an administrative professional to provide organizational support to our management team.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a range of administrative tasks, including managing information, organizing logistics, and drafting minutes.
* Manage and centralize departmental information, organize meetings and travel arrangements.
* Support the follow-up of departmental projects by coordinating tasks and ensuring deadlines are met.
* Order office supplies and manage stocks required for efficient operation.
Act as a point of contact for colleagues and receive calls on behalf of the team.
Additional Responsibilities
* Participate in initiatives promoting diversity and inclusion.
* Support the integration of new employees into the team.
* Contribute to sustainability efforts through responsible behavior.
Required Profile
Degree or equivalent experience required.
A minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role is desired.
Skills and Knowledge Required
* Fluent English and strong French language skills.
* Knowledge of German or Luxembourgish is an asset.
Hold a valid permanent B driving license.
