The Role:
Senior operational leadership role responsible for overseeing flight dispatch and operational control activities, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient flight operations.
Key responsibilities:
• Lead and develop the dispatch team within a 24/7 environment
• Oversee flight planning, routing, fuel and weather/NOTAM briefings
• Act as a key decision-maker during disruptions and irregular operations
• Coordinate closely with flight crew, maintenance and operational teams
• Maintain operational manuals and support audits and authority inspections
• Actively contribute to SMS and Emergency Response processes
About you:
* Proven leadership experience within flight dispatch or OCC
* Strong knowledge of flight operations, dispatch procedures and aircraft performance
* Solid regulatory understanding of EASA, ICAO and national authorities
* Calm, decisive and confident in high-pressure operational scenarios
* Highly organised with strong problem-solving skills
* Fluent English required, German strongly preferred
