Aufgaben
Within the Digital Marketing team at ODDO BHF Asset Management, you will play a key role in the deployment of a digital content strategy aligned with our business objectives, in order to promote our expertise, generate leads, build customer loyalty, and turn them into ambassadors. Your role involves working closely with the Product, Sales & Investor Relations, and Management teams to create or adapt content and formats to meet client needs, the Events, Press, and Print teams, our CX Project Manager to ensure consistency across all client touchpoints, the Compliance and Legal teams to create content and formats that comply with regulations and the Group's marketing teams and other business lines to share strategies and exchange best practices.
Exciting tasks await you:
1. Digital content: Roll out a multi-format content strategy (email campaigns, videos, landing pages, LinkedIn posts, podcasts etc.), join the Central Marketing content management working group whose goal is to turn the expert content produced within the group into real levers for generating leads
2. Omni-channel campaigns: Participate in the design and deployment of impactful omni-channel campaigns working closely with our CX Project Manager, analyse the performance of these campaigns and make recommendations with a view to continuous improvement
3. Social media: You will establish and be responsible for our editorial line on social media, working closely with Central Marketing, you will run our employee advocacy program on LinkedIn (training materials, templates, content library, impact analyses, etc.) and analyse the performance of the actions and make recommendations with a view to continuous improvement
4. Marketing automation: Create email campaigns and user-centric engagement programs using our marketing automation software (Eloqua) and collaborate with the Group’s CRM team

5. Master’s degree in communications or digital marketing and 3 to 5 years of experience in this field, ideally in the asset management sector, experience in creating digital content and developing digital communication campaigns
6. You have a good understanding of the banking and financial sector, and a real appetite for storytelling and content production
7. You have a good command of digital tools: email marketing/marketing automation, video creation, social media, ads, etc.
8. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French, with proficiency in German being a plus and you are able to demonstrate rigor and attention to detail, even under tight deadlines
9. You have excellent interpersonal skills, are a good listener, and are customer-oriented
10. Technophile, curious, and open-minded, you understand the challenges of digital technology in the asset management sector and the regulatory constraints to which these professions are subject
