Job/Position Summary
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Test Environment creation using testing software and hardware tools.
2. Testing Life Cycle Activities: Test Specification Writing, Test Case Planning, Test Scripting and Library Creation, Test Execution and Report analysis, Issue Debugging and Reporting.
3. Leading team, training team members, resolving queries, tracking and reviewing them.
4. Interacting with client and understanding their technical expectations.
5. Estimating work activity and preparing test plan based on complexity.
6. Diagnostic and HIL Testing.
7. Working on different communication protocol like CAN, CAN-FD and LIN
8. Handling Vector Tools, DSpace Tools, Trace32, INCA, MATLAB, Simulink, Stateflow, PTC Integrity.
9. Carry out Smoke test, Manual testing of Software.
10. Use Python Automation for maintaining database.
11. Source code debugging to resolve complex defects.
12. Processing Functional Safety requirements
13. Model based design in MatLab, Simulink
14. Source code wrirting in Embedded C and sanity testing.
Skills required:
Must have: 5 to 9 years of experience in below:
15. Requirement Analysis for ASW testing
16. HIL test specification and test script writing with the help of Python script, Execution and report analysis
17. Structured way of working as a test lead
18. communicative skills to coordinate between offshore activities and customer
19. Be able to coordinate ASW / Testing off-shore and onsite team
20. Rich experience in software testing, execution, debugging & failure analysis
21. Direct interaction with customer and offshore team members in coordination, query resolution, reviews, release activity
