Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented ABAD Program Manager to join our Air Base Air Defense team supporting the US Air Forces Europe (USAFE) and Air Forces Africa (AFAFRICA)! **This position is located at Ramstein AFB, Germany (International Assignment) **NO REMOTE WORK**
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Lead a diverse, multi-functional team in delivery of complex and ground-breaking requirements.
2. Plan and execute all aspects of assigned projects including the development of scope of work (SOW) documents, budgets, schedules, and project implementation plans.
3. Coordinate project requirements with client to ensure delivery of high-quality project and contract deliverables.
4. Collaborate with the ABAD Program Director to establish project schedule and budget to include the number of hours required for successful completion of project tasks; monitors progress to meet requirements.
5. Anticipate project staffing needs and collaborate with the ABAD Program Director to identify and select personnel.
6. Develop project documents, processes, and procedures required to support quality control and final project deliverables.
7. Anticipate material requirements and collaborate with purchasing staff to coordinate supplies and support field teams.
8. Closely collaborate with the client to manage expectations address risks and issues.
9. Proactively collaborate with the Program Director and other Project Managers to deconflict contract-level requirements and priorities.
10. Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
11. Minimum of BS degree in Management or Technical field and 10+ years relevant project management experience.
12. Experience leading, guiding, and motivating team members.
13. Exceptional time management and prioritization skills.
14. Ability to work under pressure from multiple sources to meet project timelines.
15. Experience identifying and mitigating risks and issues in a dynamic environment.
16. Excellent written and oral communications skills.
17. Outstanding customer interaction skills while providing services and managing expectations.
18. Advanced organizational skills.
19. Thorough comprehension of project management technics, processes, and tools.
20. Secret Clearance is required
