Senior Financial Analyst Role

* Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive financial planning processes
* Create and sustain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making across the organization
* Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial plans align with organizational objectives
* Prepare monthly financial reports, including variance analysis and management reporting
* Promote improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities to enhance efficiency and accuracy
* Support evaluation of potential investments, mergers, and acquisitions to inform growth initiatives
Main Responsibilities:
* Executing the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
* Developing and maintaining complex financial models to support strategic decision-making across the organization
* Analyzing financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure financial plans are aligned with organizational objectives
* Preparing monthly financial reports, including variance analysis and management reporting
* Driving improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities to enhance efficiency and accuracy
* Supporting evaluation of potential investments, mergers, and acquisitions to inform growth initiatives
Key Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
* 6+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis
* Expert-level financial modeling and analytical skills
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statement analysis, and management reporting
* Ability to build positive working relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization and externally
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a results-oriented mindset
* Able to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
* Capable of managing priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
