We are looking for you to join our marketing team in Netphen or Cologne as a Multimedia Designer (f/m/d) as soon as possible on a full-time, permanent basis. Become part of the INVERS family. Together, we make car sharing work.
YOUR NEW JOB AT INVERS
1. Design & Illustration: You design campaign assets, website illustrations, content pieces, icons, pictograms, and more
2. Video & Animation: You produce videos from recording to post-production; experience with animation is a big plus
3. Print & Events: You implement roll-ups, brochures, and event materials and manage their production
4. AI-supported workflows: You contribute ideas on how AI tools should be used in INVERS' image production, identify potential for process optimization, and integrate AI into our design workflows in a meaningful way
5. Corporate design responsibility: You maintain our visual identity across all touchpoints, develop it further as needed, and serve as the point of contact for this within the company
6. Project work: You work as the visual brain on larger marketing projects (events, reports, landing pages) and manage ongoing design requests from within the company.
THIS IS YOU
7. You have 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in corporate or B2B marketing
8. You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with AI design tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, Firefly, and Canva is a plus
9. You have a keen eye for aesthetics, composition, and attention to detail
10. You know how to use a camera and arrange a video setting; photography skills are a plus
11. You are a communicative team player (German & English), work independently and reliably
12. You enjoy combining technical content and modern design and like to experiment with new tools
