Job Title: Senior Human Resources Manager
Key Responsibilities:
* Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Identify recruitment needs and oversee the selection process.
* Employee Mobility: Manage internal mobility requests and ensure smooth transitions.
* Onboarding & Integration: Actively support new employees during their first year.
* Career Development & Talent Management: Work on career development paths and identify high-potential employees.
* Performance Management: Guide managers and employees through performance assessments and goal setting.
* Employee Relations: Advise on HR matters, conflict resolution, and workplace challenges.
* Exit Management: Conduct exit interviews and provide insights for continuous improvement.
* HR Reporting: Deliver regular reports to support strategic decision-making.
* HR Projects: Lead and contribute to cross-functional initiatives.
* Training: Define training strategies in collaboration with the business.
Requirements:
A master's degree in human resources or equivalent, approximately 10-15 years of experience in a similar role, fluency in both spoken and written French and English, and strong knowledge of HR policies and employment laws are required.
