This role is perfect for a seasoned sales professional looking to leverage their skills in oncology or specialty sales. As a strong and charismatic leader, you will have the opportunity to drive national-level sales teams towards success.

You will be working closely with key stakeholders to improve overall leadership team performance and exceed sales and revenue targets. Operational excellence is a core driver in our business, and close collaboration with commercial operations teams is crucial for success.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex product sales in medical oncology and/or diagnostics. Strong business acumen, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

">
* Leadership of Sales Team : Develop and implement a national sales strategy to fully leverage the best-in-class product Oncotype DX Breast Recurrence Score in breast centers and key accounts across Germany.
">
* KOL Management and Peer-to-Peer Education : Implement and optimize KOL management and peer-to-peer education strategies to drive sales growth.
">
* Territory Management and Business Review : Optimize territory management, set quantitative and qualitative goals, and review business performance with Key Account Manager teams.
">
* Collaboration with Key Stakeholders : Foster strong relationships with national and regional Key Opinion Leaders, Medical Affairs Director, and Associate Director Access to achieve common goals.
">

Requirements:

">
* Experience : Significant pharmaceutical/diagnostics sales team management experience, preferably in oncology or specialty business.
">
* Sales Skills : Strong experience in selling complex products in medical oncology and/or diagnostics, with a proven track record of success.
">
* Business Acumen : Strong business acumen, including marketing or managed care experience.
">
* Interpersonal Skills : Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
">
* Lifelong Learning : Self-motivated, with a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
">
