At the Heidelberg Marriott Hotel, as a Finance & Accounting Manager (m/f/d), you are a key member of our management team and actively contribute to ensuring and enhancing the financial performance of our hotel.

Your role – Responsibility, oversight & impact
8. In collaboration with our Director of Finance, you take responsibility for all accounting and financial processes within the hotel
9. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
10. Analyze financial KPIs, identify trends, and support management in making informed decisions
11. Co-responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and regular financial reporting
12. Ensure compliance with all legal requirements, internal guidelines, and Marriott standards
13. Coordinate payment processes and liquidity planning while ensuring efficient cash management
14. Continuously optimize accounting processes and identify improvement opportunities
15. Act as a key interface with internal departments and external partners (., tax advisors, auditors)
16. Support and manage audits, ensuring smooth execution
17. Support and develop your team in daily operations
Be able.
18. Completed commercial training (Accounting, Finance, Hospitality, or similar)
19. Several years of experience in accounting or finance
20. Strong affinity for numbers and a structured, detail-oriented working style
21. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
22. Good command of German and English
23. Team spirit, reliability, and a strong willingness to further develop professionally
