R&D Partners is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join a leading pharmaceutical company. This role focuses on providing strategic recruitment support and ensuring effective hiring processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end recruitment and a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities:
* Advise hiring managers on optimal recruiting strategies.
* Assist in creating job descriptions.
* Manage and brief external recruitment agencies.
* Provide guidance on leveraging social media channels for recruitment.
* Plan and organize selection processes, including conducting telephone interviews and shortlisting candidates.
* Create project-related reports.
* Onsite presence in Pfaffenhofen is required but not on a full-time basis.
Key Skills and Requirements:
* Several years of experience in end-to-end recruiting, either at a recruitment agency or within a large international company.
* Pharmaceutical industry experience is an advantage, particularly in oncology, cardiology, or pharmaceutical production.
* Fluent in both German and English.
* Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors recruitment module is a plus.
* University degree in human resources or a comparable qualification.
