Key Responsibilities : Provide exceptional customer service experience by assisting customers in exceeding their needs, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as of Etro history and heritage Assist customers accordingly with Etro selling ceremony Discuss with clients and give advice on general trends in fashion world and developments in luxury market, showing passion for fashion and luxury products Ensure the achievement of the Store goals, enhancing and developing the business Build and strengthen relationships with customers by developing CRM strategies Establish good group dynamics, through efficient communication Contribute to manage the visual display of the products in accordance with Etro visual guidelines Help ensuring the products replenishment and physical inventory of merchandise Follow Company grooming, accordingly with Etro standards and policies Requisiti chiave Profonda passione per la moda e il lusso Esperienza in un ruolo simile in aziende di vendita al dettaglio di moda Capacità di guidare e raggiungere risultati individuali e di negozio, nonché eccellente consapevolezza commerciale e atteggiamento verso i clienti Capacità di adattarsi a clienti diversi Atteggiamento di gioco di squadra Ottime capacità comunicative Capacità di lavorare in un ambiente dinamico Fluente in inglese.
