Turbit develops and researches AI services for renewable energy assets and has established itself as a market leader in AI-based operational management of wind turbines in Europe.
Tasks
* Analyze turbine performance data and identify and flag relevant operational issues based on system trends
* Assist our customers by providing clear and structured insights on operational cases, suggesting relevant checks or actions and recommending practical next steps to move forward
* Collaborate with the Customer Success team to improve internal processes
* Support the creation of standardized workflows for technical case handling
* Contribute to documentation and internal reporting for transparency and review
* Share insights with Product, CS, Sales and Marketing teams when technical anomalies are detected
* Help ensure that customer feedback is captured and reflected in ongoing improvements.
* Support customer meetings, with potential to take a more active role over time.
* Grow into presenting insights and answering customer questions independently.
Requirements
* Ongoing studies or background in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Renewable Energy, Physics.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Attention to detail and the ability to interpret time-series or technical data
* Structured and concise communication (both written and verbal)
* Fluency in English is required; German skills are a plus.
