Manager technology transfer (m|f|d)

Job Description As Manager for Technology Transfer in our international transfer team, you will ensure the successful execution of technology transfers for our assets worldwide. In this role, you will plan, organize, and oversee the smooth transfer of analytical methods and manufacturing processes to our contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs), ensuring seamless collaboration and full alignment with project objectives. Where necessary, comparability studies will be designed and managed by you to verify the consistency and robustness of transferred methods and processes. Oversight of all transfer-related activities will be part of your responsibilities, including the preparation of documentation, adherence to timelines, and alignment with overarching project plans. Additionally, you will coordinate and guide key transfer activities such as asset-specific training sessions, hands-on support, and documentation efforts to ensure all milestones are achieved within the defined framework. Close collaboration with CMOs will be essential as you manage clinical and commercial change processes, build strong stakeholder relationships, and continuously expand your expertise through active participation in on-the-job training.
