The Role
As Director of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in expanding market share and growing revenue across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will lead and develop a high-performing sales team, build strategic partnerships, and drive commercial success in a rapidly evolving industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand the company’s footprint across the DACH region.
* Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team to drive revenue growth.
* Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including commercial partners, government bodies, and industry leaders.
* Identify new business opportunities in public, private, and commercial EV charging infrastructure.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales with company objectives.
* Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to ensure the company remains a market leader.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven track record of sales leadership in the EV charging, energy, or infrastructure sector.
* Strong experience selling into B2B, public sector, fleet, or real estate markets.
* A strategic thinker with the ability to scale sales operations and drive commercial success.
* Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills at all levels.
* Fluency in German and English (additional languages are a plus).
* Willingness to travel across the DACH region as needed.
