Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure business area project office division, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the data center sector as well as other industries where UPS systems are required across Europe.

* Identify and develop new business opportunities, manage existing accounts, and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the data center sector as well as other industries where UPS systems are required across Europe.
* Promote and sell our Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems.
* Provide technical guidance and expertise to clients, ensuring the UPS systems are configured to meet their operational needs and future growth plans.
* Monitor competitors and industry trends, including market developments and emerging technologies.
* Report sales performance to management on a monthly basis.


Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

* Sales and business development for our UPS systems.
* Technical guidance and support to clients.
* Competitor monitoring and market analysis.
* Sales reporting and analytics.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Experience in selling UPS systems to the data center sector and other industries in Europe.
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing or a related field.
* A minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with a focus on technical solutions for data centers, electrical infrastructure or similar sectors.
* Technical background or certifications in UPS systems, power management and/or energy solutions would be considered a plus.
* Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Results-driven and proactive approach to identifying client needs as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
* Fluent in English and willing to travel in Europe and globally.
