Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for B2B sales activities across Germany and the wider European market.
This will include managing existing customers, developing new business, and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
•Follow up with existing customers and build strong business relationships
•Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities
•Promote technical components and industrial products to manufacturing customers
•Understand customer needs and propose suitable products or solutions
•Coordinate with internal technical teams and relevant departments
•Handle quotations, price negotiations, delivery coordination, and contract-related matters
•Collect market, customer, and competitor information
•Report sales activities and share market updates with internal stakeholders
•Communicate with internal and external stakeholders across different regions
•Travel for customer visits and business meetings as required
Ideal Candidate
•3 to 7 years of B2B sales experience
•Sales experience with technical, industrial, or manufacturing-related products
•Business-level English
•Business-level German or Japanese
•Sales experience in Germany or the European market
•Strong relationship-building, proposal, and coordination skills
•Experience in technical sales, Sales Engineer, Account Manager, or Key Account Manager roles
•Experience working with international or Japanese-affiliated companies
•Based in the Hamburg area or Northern Germany
•Willingness to travel within and outside Germany as required
