As part of the modernization of a state-of-the-art, cross-media media center in Halle, you will be responsible for the technical and commercial management of demanding maintenance and upgrade measures.

Your tasks
7. Sub-project management: Responsibility as team manager for the entire electrical engineering trade within the framework of building modernization.
8. Action coordination: They manage the electrical engineering aspects of the following specific project phases:
Integration of the fire-resistant inner facade
Implementation of summer heat protection
Renovation of the foyer and safety lighting
Planned installation of a large photovoltaic system
9. Tendering: Technical and content-related development of specifications (LV) as well as support for public and restricted tendering procedures.
10. Budget & Controlling: Active participation in budget planning, ongoing cost control and optimization of existing facilities.
Your profile
11. Qualifications: Completed studies in electrical engineering (engineer) or further training as a state-certified technician (m/f/d). Alternatively, you have many years of professional experience as a master electrician (m/f/d) in a comparable project management position.
12. Experience: Several years of sound practical experience in project management and construction supervision of building services engineering (TGA).
13. Regulations: Absolutely reliable application of HOAI and VOB as well as sound knowledge of building planning law and the relevant legal/BG requirements for electrical engineering.
14. Soft skills: A high level of communication skills, organizational talent, reliability and a strong service orientation.
15. IT & Mobility: Good MS Office skills, a valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to undertake temporary business trips between regional locations.
