For our first production site in Europe, Obernburg am Main, we are looking for you as
HR Generalist (m/f/d)

Assignment:
* Act as a trusted contact for employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, benefits and payroll
* Ensure compliance with German and Luxembourg labor laws and keep HR manuals up to date
* Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires and support training for managers on HR processes
* Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews and hiring support
* Manage and execute payroll processing for Germany and Luxembourg
* Oversee the performance review system and support evaluation processes across all employee groups
* Assist in training, development programs and employee engagement initiatives (e.g. recognition, events)
* Manage HR reporting, oversee compensation benchmarking, and handle general HR administration
* Assist the Global Head of HR with gathering and analyzing market data for compensation and benefit programs
* Special Projects and other duties as assigned
* Procuring office supplies
* Various office administration duties

Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance or a related field
* 3 - 5 years of HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing or fast-paced environment
* Solid knowledge of labor law and HR compliance in Germany and Luxembourg
* Strong communication skills in English and German; French is a plus
* Proficiency in Excel, MS Office and HR/payroll systems
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Collaborative team player with leadership potential
