Head of Digital & e-Transformation at Tango
Core responsibilities:
* Lead and execute the end-to-end digital and e-transformation strategy.
* Champion digital innovation to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
* Drive the development, optimization, and lifecycle management of digital customer facing tools (apps, web, webselfcare).
* Own the performance and evolution of marketing automation and CRM platforms.
* Empower teams, ensure cross-functional collaboration, and foster a digital mindset.
* Oversee digital budgets, partnerships, and the delivery of high-impact projects.
* Monitor results, report on KPIs, and implement continuous improvements.
Your profile :
* Master's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
* Minimum 10 years of experience in digital strategy and transformation leadership in fast-evolving technology environments. (Telecom experience is a plus).
* Strong market knowledge and technological insight.
* Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and stakeholders.
* Capacity to balance strategic vision with strong operational execution.

Languages:
* French & English: required.
* Luxembourgish & German: a strong asset.
