As a (Senior) Manager, you will support energy and utility companies with industry-specific challenges. Working in interdisciplinary teams, you will develop pioneering concepts and solutions that require both business expertise and technological innovations like GenAI.

* You will analyze current developments in the field of renewable energies, including their interaction with data & AI and digital transformation. Your focus will be on developing the strategy, managing the complexity of large project portfolios, and optimizing business processes, investments, and operational efficiency through data-driven decision-making processes.

Experienced Hire:
* 5+ years of professional experience in top management consultancies or hybrid consulting with a focus on both business and tech strategy and all phases of project management
* Direct project management experience particularly in the renewable energy sector, including business development, growth strategy, M&A, capital cost optimization, portfolio management, financing, permitting and regulations, but also in the conventional power generation sector and technical project management.
* Experience in project management of multidisciplinary teams and strong skills in leading team members
* Strong customer focus and solid customer relationships in the industry, as well as interpersonal skills – including the ability to build trust and credibility with C-level personalities
* Experience in multi-project and partner management
