Will you help us?Your mission :In this role, you will oversee IT initiatives across multiple business functions, including Service, Customer Care and Operations. You will ensure the successful execution of transformation projects, aligning IT solutions with business goals.What else will you be doing as Head of IT Services?Act as the Business Relationship Manager (BRM), collaborating with functional process owners to develop IT roadmaps for Service, Customer Care, and other business functions;Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related issues, liaising between Business Services IT, third-party vendors, and business functions;Lead major IT transformation projects, focusing on customer experience improvements for field technicians and sales teams;Work closely with the HY PMO and CIO to build project roadmaps, allocate resources, and ensure capacity planning;Oversee IT project scoping, requirements gathering, and software deployment, ensuring projects stay on track;Lead ERP transformation projects, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and Microsoft Field Services;Oversee the Salesforce to D365 migration and integration with Google Cloud;Mediate between business and IT, resolving conflicts and coordinating company-wide IT strategy execution in close collaboration with stakeholders.How do you contribute to a successful IT transformation?At CWS Hygiene, we believe that the right personal and cultural fit is essential.
