analyse test results and make assessments on deviations, supporting root-cause investigations
document all test activities in line with project and quality standards
collaborate closely with mechanical, electrical, and system engineering colleagues
E program requirements (EU-graduate, aged between 18 and 28 years)
have a degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable field
are comfortable working both hands-on and digitally (documentation, procedure writing)
are neither purely manufacturing-focused nor purely software-focused - you enjoy combining hardware proximity with systematic testing
have strong communication skills in English, German is a plus and a collaborative approach
