Your responsibilities:
* Responsible for projects and support for SAP Plant Maintenance.
* Configure and optimize SAP PM to support preventive, corrective, and (optionally) predictive maintenance processes.
* Develop concepts for standardized maintenance processes (notifications, orders, planning, confirmations, maintenance plans/task lists).
* Translate business requirements into system designs and functional specifications; act as contact person for key users in maintenance/engineering.
* Roll-out global template solutions to other subsidiaries and support adoption.
* Support new process designs within the S/4HANA (T2G) program, including Fiori apps and relevant simplification items.
* Perform/support customizing, testing, training and go-live support; define and coordinate test data and user acceptance.
* Support data migration for PM master data and transactional records.
* Create and maintain process & configuration documentation and training materials.
* Work with external consultants/developers/AMS partners and drive continuous improvement and system optimization.
* Ensure integration with adjacent SAP modules (e.g., MM, PP, FI/CO, QM) and external systems where applicable.
Qualifications we are looking for:
* Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent
* Deep expertise in SAP PM including preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance processes
* Experience with S/4HANA PM processes, Fiori apps, and simplification items
* Ability to translate business requirements into system designs and functional specifications
* Hands-on experience with customizing, testing, training, and go-live support
* Experience creating documentation: process flows, configuration docs, training materials
* Knowledge of data migration for PM master data and transactional records
* Ability to analyze existing maintenance processes and recommend optimization/improvements
* If possible, understanding of integration points with other SAP modules like MM, PP, FI/CO, QM, EAM and Asset Accounting
* Experience in global template rollouts and multi-country implementations is a plus
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
* Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
* Business fluent in English and German as well as a certain willingness to travel internationally
