Your Job
1. Designing, developing, and implementing scalable and secure cloud-based architecture for an Agentic AI platform, ensuring high availability, performance, and maintainability (Cloud technologies, Databricks, Kubernetes, etc.)
2. Ensuring a high level of performance, security, scalability, appropriate reusability and reliability with your solution design
3. Establishing an AI/MLOps lifecycle by enforcing best practices for experimentation, feature engineering, model development, model evaluation, versioning, model deployment, monitoring as well as AI Governance
4. Collaborating with stakeholders to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop monitoring and alerting systems to ensure the quality and reliability of deployed models
5. Ensuring that platform architecture complies with industry standards and regulations and integrates best practices for data privacy and security
6. Collaborating with data scientists, software engineers and other stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate into scalable and reliable MLOps solutions
7. Staying up to date with the latest advancements in AI, LLMOps/MLOps technologies and methodologies and provide recommendations for process improvements
8. Maintain comprehensive architecture documentation, including design patterns, best practices, and cloud service configurations
Your Profile
9. University degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science or a related field
10. Extensive experience in designing and implementing AI & LLMOps/MLOps solutions in an Azure cloud environment
11. Solid understanding of MLOps/LLMOps practices and lifecycle
12. Familiarity with core LLM techniques like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI databases, MCP, etc.
13. Proven experience with Databricks and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and familiarity with services like data lakes, cloud storage, containerization, and orchestration (Kubernetes); experience with serverless architecture is a plus
14. Proficiency in Python, with experience in AI/ML libraries (e.g., mlflow, OpenAI, Langchain)
15. Several years of experience in data and AI solution architecture
16. Proven experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and familiarity with services like data lakes, cloud storage, containerization, and orchestration (Kubernetes); experience with serverless architecture is a plus
17. Deep understanding of cloud security principles, encryption, access control, and regulatory compliance requirements
18. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
19. Fluent spoken and written business English
