As a Technical Facility Manager International (m/f/d), you will be a key player in ensuring the smooth technical operation and high-quality standards of our hotel properties outside Germany. As part of the Senior Technical Asset Manager International’s team, your role includes:
Overseeing the technical operations of our international hotels
Collaborating closely with various departments at our Head Office
Training and onboarding new Managers and Maintenance Managers
Leading and supervising (construction) projects of various sizes

Fluency in English (written and spoken); German is a plus, and any additional language such as Spanish, French or Dutch is an advantage
~3–5 years of experience in technical asset management, technical property management, technical facility management, or a similar role
~ Willingness to travel regularly to our international hotel locations
