Dynamics 365 SCM Consultant 12 MONTH INITIAL CONTRACT EXTENSIONS HYBRID WORK MODEL FROM MUNSTER GERMANY MUST HAVE GERMAN SPEAKING Responsibilities: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to provide comprehensive day-to-day support for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) platform. This role focuses on ensuring the platform runs smoothly for end users, supporting issue resolution, enhancing usability, and maintaining strong documentation and user training. Deliver daily operational support for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM environment, ensuring continuous functionality and user satisfaction. Collaborate with the Help Desk to resolve user issues including role configuration, access management, profile updates, and troubleshooting system errors. Monitor and manage the internal ticketing system, documenting user requests and system incidents, and escalating as appropriate. Track and resolve technical and functional issues, working closely with team leads for direction when necessary. Build a solid understanding of system architecture and integration points to effectively diagnose and resolve complex problems.
