Contract Type: Full-time - 40 hours / week + 4 hours on Saturdays
The profile of the candidate we are looking for:
- Minimum 1 year experience in car sales or similar field
- Advanced communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive attitude, results-oriented and customer satisfaction
- Conversational knowledge of German and English
- Basic PC skills (CRM, email, MS Office)
- Driving license category B (mandatory)
- Availability for presentation activities, test drive, preparation and cleaning of cars
Key Responsibilities
- Advising customers in the parking lot/showroom and online
- Presenting and promoting available cars
- Negotiating offers and concluding contracts
- Drawing up commercial documents and following up payments
- Cleaning, preparation and visual presentation of cars in the showroom
- Updating and managing data in current systems
- Participating in promotional activities or local events
- Supporting the coordinator during busy periods or absence
Negotiable salary based on experience and skills.
