As the Lead / Head of Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving growth by leading and expanding our sales efforts, connecting businesses with their ideal office spaces in Berlin and beyond. You will own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. This role is ideal for early-stage commercial managers eager to innovate and lead.
Responsibilities
* Act on inbound leads with initial analysis and outreach via appropriate channels
* Ensure clients understand and communicate the value of flexible office solutions
* Conduct property tours and deliver presentations to potential clients
* Negotiate contracts and close deals ensuring mutual benefits
* Assess vacancies and profitability, collaborating on pricing and deal optimization
* Make outbound outreach to potential leads
* Develop and grow the sales team to scale the business
* Support expansion into new markets with insights on trends and competitors
* Travel and networking (~25%)
Requirements
* High energy, strong networking and relationship-building skills, thrives in hands-on environments
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German
* Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
* Independent and transparent pitching with a consultative approach
* Proven sales experience (2-5 years), preferably in real estate, office space, B2B2X, or hospitality
* Analytical, strategic, and goal-oriented negotiator
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
