About the Job:
As an International Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing customer support, handling inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
* Customer Support: Provide prompt and efficient support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
* Inquiry Handling: Handle customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
* Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* Excellent Communication Skills: Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken.
* Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or help desk environment.
* Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems and provide effective solutions.
* Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
