German Speaking Account Lead / 3 month freelance contract / Germany / Part-Time
A Media Company is looking for a German Speaking Account Lead to help with one of their clients for an upcoming AI workshop.
Responsibilities:
- Overall project owner for the AI workshop and panel discussion. Accountable for material development and content, timeline, budget, and day-to-day coordination.
- Leads internal and client-facing status meetings, aligns stakeholders on key decisions (agenda, faculty inputs, case study readiness, review milestones), and keeps work-streams moving from kickoff through final delivery.
- Partner closely with the Medical Writer and the AI Lead to ensure workshop materials (workshop slide deck, panel/polling content, faculty briefing materials, and workmat) are developed, routed, and finalized on schedule, including coordination of MLR/compliance processes and version control.
- Manages project finances and risks/issues; escalates as needed.
-If needed, support live event with onsite attendance for session execution support.
Skills/requirements:
* Proven experience as an Account Lead, ideally within in agency background
* Medical experience is highly desirable (Oncology experience would be a huge bonus)
* Must be able to speak fluent German and English
* Must be based in Germany
Start date: Mid-March (flexible)
Duration: 3 month freelance contract
Location: Fully remote (within Germany only)
Part-time (likely 1 day per week but to be discussed)
