Bennett Aerospace, Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Computer System Support Specialist.
Position Responsibilities:
1. Adds, deletes, manages, and reviews user accounts, access, and logins IAW local policies.
2. Removes or disables default, guest, and service accounts in information system or network devices and renames administrative accounts.
3. Maintains authorized patches on desktop personal computers (PCs).
4. Installs and maintains Microsoft Office Suite, command specific applications software and hardware on PCs.
5. Installs new hardware products, peripherals and equipment; VTC hardware/printers/laptops/servers.
6. Ensures anti-virus engines and definitions are current.
7. Identifies and mitigates security vulnerabilities and risks.
8. Prepares and establishes network access protocols to enable end users to gain local access.
Position Requirements:
9. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
10. IAT level 1 certificate IAW DoD 0.-M
11. Three years of experience supporting and maintaining Information Technology assets within large-enterprise Army enclave environments.
12. Three years of experience utilizing an incident management system to manage a structured C4IM Service Catalog.
13. Experience with Microsoft Office applications and providing support and maintenance of secure VTC systems.
14. Excellent communications skills, and ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
