Job Purpose:
To provide efficient and effective inside sales support to the DACH sales team.
To originate and close new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners. Generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
Key responsibilities will include, but not limited to, the following:
* To source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
* To understand customer needs and requirements
* To route qualified opportunities to the appropriate BDM’s for further development and closure
* To close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
* To research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
* To maintain and expand our database of prospects within the DACH region
* To work closely with channel partners to build pipeline ad close deals
* To perform effective, presentations & online demonstrations to prospects
* To provide quotations
* To provide general ad-hoc support to BDM’s
* Any other ad-hoc duties as deemed necessary by the Country Manager
* You will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries and ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
* You act as the link between customers and sales, technical experts, and our internal interfaces, ensuring a positive customer purchasing process.
* You enjoy expanding, maintaining, and nurturing customer relationships – both with existing customers and through new customer acquisition via phone, email, video conferences, etc
* Your main goal is to manage and increase revenue and drive expansion across all solution areas with your assigned customers.
* You have excellent communication skills to engage with customers respectfully and effectively.
* You use sales tools such as Salesforce.com and methodologies to manage customers, opportunities, pipelines, and forecasts efficiently.
Requirements:
* A proven track record of over achieving quote in a similar inside sales role
* Strong telephone experience, making dozens of calls per day
* Experience working with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM system
* Proficiency with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
* Previous experience working for a CCTV manufacturer would be beneficial
* Degree Level Educations would be advantageous
* PC Literate – Intermediate & Advanced ‘Microsoft Office’ skills to include Excel & PowerPoint
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A desire to make a positive impact on the market and brand recognition
* Ability to demonstrate independent thinking and good clear judgement
* Ability to demonstrate motivation of teams to achieve targets
* A team player – demonstrate success in team situations
* Logical and well organised with exceptional attention to detail

* Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
* 2–4 years in a similar environment
* Experience in technical sales and customer support is nice to have
* Knowledge in sales management combined with a good understanding of business, procurement, and technology markets is desirable but not required
* Analytical thinking and business acumen
* Passionate, proactive, and independent with a strong drive for success
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Must-have: Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
* German and English Language essential, French Language desirable
* Clean Driving License

* Group MBO Targets set at the beginning of each financial year
* Personal Targets set as the beginning of each financial year
