Job Description
1. Responsible for after-sales service management in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, and Austria
2. Achieve various KPI targets set by the headquarters
3. Manage after-sales service centers and daily service operation
4. Monitor service processes, service quality, and the implementation of service policies
5. Handle customer complaints and improve customer satisfaction
Job Requirements
1. 5 or more years of experience in the same industry
2. Experience in managing after-sales service at a national level
3. Based in Düsseldorf, Germany
