About the Role
DARA People are recruiting for a Non-Inventory Manager to support a leading logistics and e-commerce client at their warehouse site in Cloppenburg, Germany.
This is a practical, site-based role focused on managing a large and varied stockholding of non-inventory assets. These may include spare parts, operational equipment, consumables, furniture, chairs and general warehouse assets.
You will be responsible for keeping accurate stock records, tracking items moving in and out of the site, preparing stock for dispatch and ensuring assets are organised, visible and available when needed.
The role is partly hands-on and partly coordination focused. You will work closely with the client’s on-site team and report into both DARA People and the client’s site team.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a large and varied non-inventory stockholding on site.
* Track daily movement of items in and out of the warehouse.
* Maintain accurate records of stock levels, asset locations and stock movements.
* Use Amazon’s internal stock / inventory system to manage and track assets.
* Use inventory identification numbers, including Amazon UINs where applicable.
* Carry out regular stock checks, audits and reconciliation.
* Prepare picklists and organise stock for order builds.
* Prepare and coordinate items for dispatch.
* Work with the on-site team to support stock movement and dispatch activity.
* Communicate clearly with DARA People’s internal team and the client’s site team.
* Resolve or escalate stock discrepancies when required.
* Support an efficient, accurate and organised stock control process across the site.
Requirements
* Fluent German and English, written and spoken.
* Previous experience in stock management, inventory control, asset management, warehouse administration, stores coordination or a similar role.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy when managing stock records.
* Confident using stock systems, inventory systems, databases or asset tracking tools.
* Good general technical skills and confidence working with systems.
* Comfortable working fully on site in a warehouse, logistics, fulfilment or operational environment.
* Organised, reliable and able to manage daily priorities.
* Happy working in a role that is partly hands-on and partly coordination focused.
Desirable / Nice-to-Have Background
* Experience using Amazon stock, inventory or asset tracking systems.
* Amazon UIN experience.
* Experience with unique asset identifiers, serial numbers, barcode tracking or similar stock references.
* Background in Amazon, e-commerce, logistics, fulfilment, 3PL, distribution or warehouse operations.
* Experience managing varied non-inventory items such as spare parts, equipment, consumables, furniture or warehouse assets.
* Experience preparing picklists, coordinating dispatch or supporting stock movement with an on-site team.
