We are looking for a charismatic leader to join our team as the General Manager of MOXY. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for hospitality and be able to motivate their team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
The successful candidate will oversee the entire hotel operation, ensuring that all guests experience the level of service expected from MOXY. This includes managing the front office, handling guest complaints, and implementing new ideas to drive business growth.
As a seasoned hospitality professional, you will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar position within the lifestyle hotel industry. You will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be fluent in English and German.
You will be responsible for planning and organizing regular events that showcase the MOXY brand and spirit. Your creativity, energy, and enthusiasm will help to create a vibrant atmosphere in the hotel and drive business success.
In addition to your leadership skills, you will have a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, including operations, marketing, and finance. You will be able to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth and profitability.
