Develop test plans based on testing requirements, and independently establish and implement factory testing procedures.
Apply the core methods of product testing in the factory, identify testing risks, quickly analyze, locate and solve problems that occur during testing, and optimize the testing plan.
Analyze equipment faults and production deviations, define corrective measures and drive sustainable improvements in yield and production capacity.
Develop, maintain and improve software for automotive product, including testing of ECU/TCU/MCU/IVI related part.
Proficient in Python / LabVIEW programming languages. Candidates with project development experience will be given priority.
Professional testing experience in automotive product factory (ADAS Product).
Hands-on, structured and solution-oriented working style with a high level of responsibility.
English skills sufficient for communication in an international manufacturing environment.
Chinese language skills are considered a strong advantage.
