We believe in a preventive approach to healthcare and support those who feel limited by exhaustion and a lack of energy to reach their full potential. Our product combines granular blood-biomarker analysis, tailored lifestyle recommendations, educational content, and close support to uncover the root causes of fatigue symptoms.
Founded in 2024, backed by Danish impact fund KRING and headquartered in Berlin, aescolab is building a strong team to roll out its commercial activities in the German-speaking market.

YOUR ROLE
As a Growth Partner, you’ll leverage your network to spark interest in aescolab’s solution among decision-makers in HR, Corporate Health, and Executive Leadership — particularly within larger organizations in Germany and Austria. Once initial interest is established, you’ll hand the lead over to our internal B2B team to close and manage the relationship. In this role you will work closely aligned with our CEO Stephan.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Introduce aescolab to relevant corporate contacts (e.g., CHROs, HR leads, BGM / corporate health heads)
* Trigger first conversations and generate curiosity
* Hand over warm leads to our core B2B team for follow-up and closing
* Remain a trusted contact for strategic accounts over time

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You are:
* Well-connected in HR, corporate health, BGM, or executive leadership networks in DACH region
* 10+years of relevant experience in the industry
* Confident in initiating high-level conversations and opening doors
* Motivated by impact, not just deals
* Entrepreneurial, proactive, and aligned with our mission
* Ideally familiar with health, benefits, SaaS, or HR tech topics
