We are hiring a person to join as Administrative Assistant in our Office in Germany (Erlangen). Could be Part time job or Trainee
Perform activities with strong organization and control, ensuring efficient completion of tasks and support for operational success
Provide support to analysts and managers across various departments such as Finance, Accounting, Procurement, among others and helping them meet their goals and deliver results.
Manage daily office operations, including overseeing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and maintaining an organized and efficient working environment.
Act as the point of contact for office inquiries, ensuring smooth communication across departments and providing necessary administrative support.
Assist in the preparation and management of office budgets and financial records.
Stay informed about laws, regulations, and policies related to occupational risk prevention and environmental management.
Promote safe and sustainable work practices in the workplace by ensuring compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Recent graduates or students with availability to work in the mornings.
Graduates in Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or related fields.
Fluency in German and English is mandatory.
Additional languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, or French are considered a plus.
Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet).
Ability to perform tasks requested by immediate managers or analysts.
