2026 Australian Harvest Jobs – Experienced Machinery Operators Wanted Staff 360 is recruiting experienced farm machinery operators for the 2026 Australian grain harvest. Opportunities are available with progressive broadacre farming businesses across Australia's major grain-growing regions.
Locations NSW – Moree, Narrabri, Walgett, Temora
WA – Geraldton, Esperance, Albany
VIC – Horsham, Ballarat
Positions Available • Combine Harvester Operators
• Tractor Drivers
• Chaser Bin Operators
• Experienced Farm Hands
Equipment & Technology Successful candidates will have experience operating modern broadacre machinery such as:
• John Deere S-Series combines and tractors
• Case IH Axial-Flow harvesters and Steiger tractors
• Claas Lexion harvesters
• Self-propelled boom sprayers
• GPS guidance and auto-steer systems
• Yield mapping and harvest monitoring technology
Duties May Include • Harvesting wheat, barley, canola and lupins
• Operating combines with fronts up to 45 feet
• Chaser bin and grain cart operations
• Machinery servicing, maintenance and troubleshooting
• Spraying, cultivation and general farm operations
• Working as part of a harvest team during peak seasonal periods
Requirements • Previous broadacre cropping or harvest experience
• Proven ability to operate large-scale agricultural machinery
• Mechanical aptitude and servicing skills
• Ability to work long hours during harvest periods
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Current driver's licence
